This is how our application process works

Start your application!

Send us your application documents to jobs@wascosa.com. You’ve completed the first step!

We will contact you within two weeks.

Now, you just need a bit of patience. You will hear from us soon about whether we’d like to invite you for an interview.

First interview: We’ll get to know each other.

If everything goes well, you will meet our HR department in a (virtual) initial interview.

Reference check

During the next step, we will check references if necessary, or there will be an assessment if you are applying for a leadership position.

5
Trial day and second interview

During the second interview, you will meet the department management and, during the course of the day, get to know the team.

It's a match!

You will receive your new contract from the HR department, first digitally and then by mail. You’ve made it! Welcome to the team.
